LMC has announced the opening of Crest at Oak Park, a boutique-style apartment community near downtown Dallas that features a large private park.
The amenity-driven community contains 248 apartment homes, ample green space and stylish, spacious layouts with ceilings up to 19.5 feet high. The private park will beckon social activities, such as yoga, outdoor cookouts and, at night, watching the stars. A grand opening ceremony was held in the private park in June and included mobile pop-up bar Trucky, Alonti Catering Kitchen, and Native Kitchen, a farm-to-table caterer that teams with local organizations to provide healthier food options for families in need.

From its commuter-friendly location at 3650 Cedar Plaza Lane, Crest at Oak Park provides near-direct access to many of the area’s primary thoroughfares. Situated a half-mile west of the Dallas North Tollway, the community is within close proximity of Interstate 35, Woodall Rodgers Freeway, Loop 12 and Central Expressway, which turns into Interstate 45 heading south from Dallas. In addition, Dallas Love Field Airport is less than three miles away.
Crest at Oak Park is within five minutes of West Village Shopping Center and seven minutes from Uptown Dallas, which features a multitude of high-end local and national retailers, restaurants and entertainment options. Uptown also is one of the city’s major employment centers. Downtown Dallas, another key employment center, is within a 10-minute drive and the city’s flourishing medical district is two miles southwest of the community.
Crest at Oak Park consists of studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes with 12 layouts ranging in square footage from 549 to 1,306. Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, two gas grill areas, fire pit, access-controlled parking garage, Starbucks lounge and the private park, where dogs can run leash-free.
Apartment interiors are equipped with washer and dryer connections, custom 42-inch cabinetry, programmable thermostats, ceiling fans, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances with side-by-side refrigerators, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, track and pendant lighting fixtures, large walk-in closets and large windows with two-inch faux-wood blinds.
