LMC has announced the start of leasing at The Whitney, a mixed-use apartment community located in the heart of eclectic Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale.
The two-tower high-rise, which features 386 apartment homes and 2,223 square feet of ground-floor retail space, is located in the epicenter of the artsy neighborhood and features immediate access to several local breweries and coffee shops. The community offers co-working spaces that provide residents the capability to work from home, and select homes include a smart-home package that complements the area’s creative vibe. The leasing office is now open and move-ins began on Oct. 30.

Located at 120 NE 4th Street, the community features a 14- and 25-story tower, which boast expansive views of the city. The larger south tower features water views from its upper floors. Select homes are equipped with smart-home technology, including a Ruckus Router, Sonos One with built-in Amazon Alexa voice control, electronic roller shades, a Lutron Pico remote for dimming lights and controlling speakers and Honeywell thermostats for smart temperature control.
Residents can easily connect with Fort Lauderdale’s abundance of dining, shopping and entertainment. An All Aboard Florida/Brightline express train station is less than three blocks to the west, which connects from Fort Lauderdale to several key destinations, including Miami, West Palm Beach and, coming soon, Orlando. Select homes include oversized and wrap-around balconies.
